1. What’s your payment term?
A.We accept 30% deposit and the balance should be paid before loading.
B.We also accept L/C at sight payment term.
2. Does your company charge the sample fee?
Usually, The lead time of samples is about 10 days. If the samples you required are available in our warehouse, we will charge no sample fees, however we expect customer to accept the freight collect. If we need to do the new samples for you, we will charge 2 or 3 times sample fees, also the delivery cost will be paid on your side. But the cost will be refund if you place an order.
3. Can you accept different requirements on products?
We will accept the feasible changes on our products as your requirements.
